The Meridian standard
We built Meridian for facilities managers who have been burned by hourly billing and invisible crews. So everything we do is written down: the scope in the contract, the checklist on the door, and the invoice at a number that doesn't move.
How we work
Every crew is bonded, background-checked, and uniformed, working a locked schedule after hours. Each visit is logged and signed off, and your account manager reviews the report with you monthly — the same person, accountable for the same building.
